How We Work

There are many separate elements to producing creative content and at Quintessence we will take you through the production process step by step.

Production Process

  • At an initial meeting we will analyse the purpose of your communication requirements.
  • We will then prepare a creative proposal for communicating your message, a breakdown of costs and a production schedule.
  • If you are satisfied with our approach, contracts are signed and we research the message in depth, producing a detailed script for your approval before commencing production.
  • After a period of editing or animation, we present you with a preliminary edit for approval.
  • We then proceed to the final stage of picture grading and sound dub, where fine tuning and the addition of graphics take place.
  • On completion we can also arrange for duplication, packaging and distribution, or encoding and uploading to the web or a social network site as required.

Case Studies

Tesco Direct

When Tesco initially launched their home delivery service they commissioned us to produce direct mail DVD for customers illustrating how the service would work in practice.

Countryside Agency

Building on our work for the Rural Development Agency, we were commissioned to produce the launch film for the Countryside Agency. The programme combined beautiful and diverse landscapes with comments from people about what sort of countryside they wanted in the future.
